Requirements
- 4+ years working in the industry on projects of comparable scope and creative standard
- Strong technical skills in C4D or Houdini, with rendering expertise in Redshift (Octane a bonus)
- Bonus: Working knowledge of current Gen-AI tooling and image/video models (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flora, ComfyUI or equivalent)
- Strong sense of composition and lighting
- Comfortable leading solo projects end-to-end, or owning key segments inside larger group jobs
- Skilled at animating cameras and directing motion with keyframes
- Able to perform at a high standard (sims, animation, look-dev, lighting)
- Calm and effective under tight deadlines, across multiple shots and projects at once
- Self-motivated to push your own ideas into Studio projects
